gIDE: TSUNAMI CHARITY WEBLIVE BANGKOK THAILAND 2005

(A full day in Bangkok with 8 master clinicians from around the globe.)

Global Institute Faculty members volunteered to make presentations onsite and online May 12 in a WEBLIVE! lecture marathon broadcast to a sold-out live audience at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. The charity event was sponsored by the Global Institute, Chulalongkorn University, UCLA Dentistry, Accord Dental Company, Nobel Biocare and dental industry suppliers. It was a great success. And the total amount was donated to the Thai Dental Council to help support the identification of tsunami victims through the use of dental records and coordination with the dentists of Thailand, and to develop programs to expand such forensic capabilities in Thailand.
