gIDE Master Program for Implant Dentistry:
This is a Certificate program that will advance your
knowledge, skills and patient care. It is a continuing education program
for dentists seeking excellence in the field of implant dentistry, supported by
a Certificate from gIDE and a Certificate from UCLA acknowledging that the
program has been successfully completed. gIDE does not attempt to provide
licensing or documentation for the purpose of complying with the legal
requirements of any specific country.
Cancellation Policy:

Tuition for the Master Program is paid in 3 installments and 1 initial deposit.

If a participant registers for the gIDE Master Program but does not attend,
there will be a US $1,500 cancellation fee retained by gIDE.

No portion of the deposit and 1st installment payment are refundable after the 1st session.

No portion of the deposit, 1st, and 2nd installment payments are refundable after the 2nd session.
-
No portion of the deposit, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd installment payments are refundable after
the 3rd
session.
Changing Locations:
All requests for change of location are based upon space available.
Participants may choose to take one Session at a location different from their original region with no affect on the total program fee. More than one Session taken at a different location may result in an increase in fee.
Make-Up Sessions:
Participants who must miss a Session for reasons outside their control are encouraged to take a Make-Up Session at the next available time and location. In the event this is not possible, the participant may proceed to their next Session. All Sessions must be completed prior to receiving final Certificates from gIDE and UCLA.
Make-Up Sessions may result in a change in fee and will be determined on an individual basis.
Monies paid gIDE for a Session that is missed will be retained by gIDE as payment for the Make-Up Session to come.
1 Year Master Program Travel Visas Protocol:
Participants requiring Visas to travel to Master Program destinations outside their country must notify gIDE at least 3 months prior to time of travel so proper arrangements can be made. The following information must be provided:

Full name of participant as appears on passport

Full name of any other persons traveling with participant, as appears on their passport

Passport number

Total number of persons traveling together on the Visa

Number of days and dates participants will be in the destination country

Complete address and contact info of the nation embassy where Visa letter of request from gIDE must be sent

Note: It is advisable to check with your nation's embassy for any additional requirements.

The Education Coordinator/Local Organizer will fill out any required forms or invitation letters that participants request from gIDE only if the request is made no less than 3 months prior to travel time.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CUSTOMS: gIDE will not be responsible for any
customs fees incurred by International shipments. All customs fees will be the
responsibility of the customer.

Sessions, including local seminars, lectures-on-demand, iPod and
reference book are conducted in English unless otherwise stated in a
regional program overview. There may be translators in some locations.

Some programs have translators at the local meetings; check with the local organizer.

A participant may bring their own translator as long as it doesn’t disturb the flow of the class.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Will I need to bring my own instruments or any materials for use in the hands-on workshops?
It will not be necessary for participants to bring instruments or materials. Everything required for the hands-on workshops will be provided by gIDE Institute.
Is there a diploma issued at the conclusion of the Master Program?
This is a Certificate program. Certificates (NOT diplomas) are awarded by UCLA and by gIDE Institute.
What are the number of CE credits that are available overall?
213 hours of CE.
Is this a Masters of Science Degree Program?
No. This is a 1 year CE certificate clinical training program.
