Day 3 and 4 by Dr. Henry
During the first 4 days of the Master program the important aspects of bone, soft and implant management will be discussed and highlighted. Day 1 and 2 will be covering all advances on bone management with workshops and live surgery and Day 3 and 4 will focus on prosthetic management with interactive lectures and workshops.

April 8 - 11, 2008

September 8 - 12, 2008

Day 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17
During the 13th to the 17th days of the course all aspects of implant dentistry will be reviewed by the course director and faculty of UCLA, patient treatments will be presented throughout the week, hands-on workshops throughout the week. Final case demonstrations by course participants will conclude the 1-year Master
program with plaque ceremony.

Visas for travel
Participants requiring Visas to travel to Master Program destinations outside their country must notify gIDE at least 2 months prior to time of travel so proper arrangements can be made. The following information must be provided:
1) Full name of participant as appears on passport
2) Full name of any other persons traveling with participant, as appears on their passport
3) Passport number
4) Total number of persons traveling together on the Visa
5) Number of days and dates participants will be in the destination country
6) Complete address and contact info of the nation embassy where Visa letter of request from gIDE must be sent
Note: It is advisable to check with your nation's embassy for any additional requirements.
